Understanding the product goals.
The goal of this project was to redesign the UI/UX for a cyber security website that offered products and services to help individuals and businesses protect their digital assets. The website's existing design was outdated and not user-friendly, which led to poor engagement and low conversion rates.
Research
Ultimately, the product goals of a cyber security website should align with the needs and expectations of its target audience, while also reflecting the values and priorities of the organization behind it. The Result
To test the new design, we conducted usability testing with a group of participants that matched our identified user personas. We asked them to perform tasks such as finding information about a specific product and signing up for a free trial. Based on the feedback we received, we made several small changes to improve the website's usability and clarity.
The End
The new website design resulted in a significant increase in engagement and conversion rates. Users reported that the new design was much easier to navigate and understand, and they appreciated the clear and concise product information. The website's overall aesthetic and professionalism also instilled greater trust in users, leading to higher conversion rates.
