The Process
Understanding the product goals.
First phase is Understanding the product goals. At this point. I listed out the few product goals and also needed to know user’s problems which means I would be going through the research phase, so as to know these problems, then try meeting the product goals and users goal at the same time. Killing two birds with one stone.

• Monitor progress and track goals: Fitness apps should enable users to monitor their progress and track their goals, such as weight loss, muscle gain, or running distance.
• Provide motivation and accountability: By offering features such as social sharing and progress tracking, fitness apps can provide motivation and accountability to users, helping them to stay on track with their fitness goals.
• Offer a user-friendly interface: Finally, a good fitness app should be easy to use and navigate, with a clean and user-friendly interface that encourages regular use.
